Tribute to Grandpa
Our grandpa, Elder Olujimmi Olufemi Agbi. was a peaceful man who lived the way he died , a man who sought after the face of God and was a blessing to everyone around him.
On the day we found out he had gone to haven it didn’t feel real , we thought if we went to Lagos that day we’d see him waving from the balcony saying ‘ my mummy!’ but as the day went on the reality that he wasn’t going to be there sitting on his chair waiting to see his ‘Mummys’ sank in.
We continue to think of him every passing moment , we think of him when we see a wall clock and remember how in 2016 he taught us how to read the clock, we think of him when we watch TV and remember how we used to watch cartoon in the mornings ,African magic in the evening and how we would watch him watch the news by 7 O’clock or how we would argue while on a call with him on could talk first.
Although Grandpa is no longer here with us physically , his memory and lessons will live with us forever and continue to shine in our memories.
Forever missed never forgotten .
